I had been researching solar systems over a long period, and purchased a 6.5kW Solar System through a well-known company thinking I was in safe hands. When the Sales person came to my home, we agreed on the location of the panels, which were marked on the quote and contract. A few weeks later the installers turned up and started laying the frames onto roof areas which had not been agreed upon, and which I had expressly ruled out of their scope. From there, it went from bad to worse, with their installers refusing to install as per the Sales person’s design; and they packed their tools and left … they left the installed rods in place on the roof for months.

After a drawn out process the company refunded my deposit and removed their frames. A friend of mine had used Adrian for his home a few years earlier and highly recommended him.

When Adrian came out to my home, I knew I was in good hands. We spoke about the panel layout and he thoroughly explained to me the pros & cons. He was accommodating in terms of the panel placement exactly as I had arranged in the first instance.

A few months after the Solar System was installed, I was having serious issues with my Electric Hot Water Unit. I called Adrian, as I was concerned the plumbers that sold it to me (and whom I contacted first up for assistance) were pulling the wool over my eyes, and disregarding their responsibility. Adrian was confident of what the problem was and who would fix it. End result, it was repaired under warranty, and I didn’t end up paying the plumbers’ $450 invoice as they had not corrected anything.

My power bill before the Solar System was installed ran between $1,500 and $2,000 quarterly. Exactly one year later the same billing period with the Solar System was $240.67. 

Adrian and his team will be installing a System for my investment property on the Sunshine Coast soon and for the first time ever, I will be looking forward to the power bill.

Adrian goes the extra distance in terms of communicating with his clients the process from start to finish, ensuring everyone capable of doing so within the household understands the system to be utilised along with any tips to get the most of the system. He maintains the software back up from the grid to our electronic devices, and to his device so that he can ensure there are no glaring issues to be addressed. I have truly not found a service provider more proactive, helpful and pre-emptive as he is and would not hesitate to refer him to any potential customer.
